Digisphere Announces Agreement with Master Automotive Supply Co. Ltd.

TORONTO, December 1, 2006 – Digisphere, an innovator of cutting edge industrial imaging solutions, has announced that Master Automotive Supply Co. Ltd., has entered into an agreement to be a reseller of the Digisphere Image Suite, to the new car dealer marketplace.

The Digisphere Image Suite software product applies its high resolution, three dimensional image solution to capture high value objects, increasing customer awareness during the purchase process and allowing for the highest quality imagery to be available to a user online.

Master Automotive Supply Co. Ltd. (MASCL) has as its primary market the Canadian new car dealer industry. The company was formed in 1997 and the first sale was for 15,000 oil change stickers. Last year MASCL sold over 10 million stickers, which makes up just a small part of the more than 500 product line-up. MASCL sells to most new car dealers in Canada and is the official supplier for various products to Honda Canada, Acura, and one division of Ford Canada. The total number of new car dealers in Canada is approximately 3,900 with 800 residing in the province of Quebec where MASCL is planning further expansion.
