Digisphere Announces Donald B. Hathaway , FCMC, ICD.D as member of Advisory Board
TORONTO, November 7, 2006 – Digisphere, an innovator of cutting edge industrial imaging solutions has announced that Donald B. Hathaway, FCMC, ICD.D, the professional corporate director specializing in corporate governance and reorganization to build shareholder value has joined the firm’s Advisory Board.

Mr Hathaway’s career has spanned manufacturing, business and academia, with over twenty years at executive levels, accumulating expertise in strategy, marketing, finance, general management and corporate governance, plus executive contacts across North America and in Europe, India and Hong Kong. His primary interest is the commercialization of emerging technologies, where he is particularly interested in the intersection of information technology and telecommunications, but he has a broad and eclectic understanding of many technologies and their business potential. Currently he is the Chairman of Atlantic Systems Corp (TSX-AIQ) and of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Atlantis Systems International. He sits on the board of two private companies.
In addition to Donald’s leadership role as a founding partner of Vertegy and in other businesses, he is currently the Chairman of The Softcare Institute Inc., a not-for-profit corporation engaged in improving the delivery of health and human services.
Donald has been and remains active in professional, charitable, political and community organizations. He is a Past President and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Ontario, a Past President of the Institute of Management Consultants of Canada, a former Governor of York University and a former Chairman of the University of Waterloo Advisory Council, the bridge between that university and the business community, and a member of the Advisory Council to the Masters in Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology (MBET) at the University of Waterloo. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and a graduate of its College of Corporate Governance. He has a B.Eng. (electrical) from Sir George Williams University (now Concordia), a B.Sc. in mathematics from the same university, an MBA from York University and he completed the executive program in economic value analysis (EVA) at the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
